Developing a manageable fitness program is more than just working out really, really hard for a whole lot of time! It’s about finding a way to bring in joy, take away some stress or anxiety, and focus on one or two steps at a time. The Mello Method welcomes anyone wanting to start a comprehensive fitness journey, whether for the first time, or for the fifteenth time. My programs are shaped around your goals, and broken down into small steps to keep you moving forward. I value calming and positive spaces, that will motivate and strengthen your body and mind for a long-term healthy lifestyle.

The Mello Method - 4 Week Fitness Program

$130

In an initial consultation, I will help assess a few goals to focus on, and create a simple, comprehensive workout guide that includes three weekly workouts. I will work with you to encourage, tweak, and push you forward. After the first 4 weeks, you and I will have another consultation to re-asses if you want to move to a monthly membership program.

Payment Options: all upfront for the 4 weeks, or two payments of $65

After you complete your first “Mello Method” program, you can pay a monthly membership of $110.

Nutrition Consultation: 30-minute consultation to asses nutrition goals with Ashley and create a nutrition guide.

Supplementary Customized Online Workout Guides: additional workout guides to follow on your own schedule. Includes one weekly check-in.

One-on-One Workouts: 1 hour, in person workouts with Ashley.
