Exercise not only changes your body. It changes your mind, your attitude, and your mood.
— Lauren Gleisberg

I know what it’s like to stop and start a fitness routine over and over again.

However, as I learned about a holistic fitness approach, fitness became less and less about what my body needed to look like, and more about what my body needed to feel good!

I used to struggle with my body image. My mindset was so focused on one aspect of health, that it compounded into depression and anxiety over time. Who hasn’t felt the negativity and failure atmosphere around health and fitness culture?

You go on that run or step into a conditioning class, only to lose that routine too quickly. We all feel the guilt, and even frustration, of starting and stopping multiple fitness routines.

Often, there is an unhealthy approach to fitness - an approach about accomplishing giant goals, working out everyday or you’ll lose what you’ve gained, and viewing ourselves as nothing more than our physical appearance.

I wanted to free myself from those mental gymnastics, so I challenged my views on a healthy lifestyle, and learned about how fitness can improve my confidence and encourage a healthy mental state.

I have been through my own fitness journey, and I realized that, if you enjoy the process and the new lifestyle you’re creating, then it becomes easier and way more fun!

My life turned around when I discovered that fitness can help more than just your physical appearance! My fitness programs are shaped around doable steps to make you feel better, and learn to live a manageable healthy lifestyle around your goals.

I want to meet you where you are at and understand what your health goals are, including your mental and emotional needs. Fitness-focused lifestyles can help lead to happier and healthier days!
