Focusing on our health can become incredibly overwhelming. Pushing too hard for perfect results can lead to stress, an unhealthy mental state, and even physical damage! The Mello Method focuses on a simple attainable approach.

 

As a fitness coach, Ashley works with each client to create a customized, achievable workout program, and uses a welcoming and positive approach to help you develop a new mindset about your fitness routine.

We’ve all had days where you think about working out, but never do it, or try and give up.

I have been there. I struggled with anxiety and depression around my health and my body, when I should have been celebrating how strong I can be! I want to create a calming, accessible, and even joyous fitness lifestyle for myself, and for all of my clients.

My method, The Mello Method, centers around a simple approach, which focuses on one step at a time, and how can you build up confidence in the power of your body and mind.
